Abel and Cole: Chutney, Cheese & Oatcakes: 5 Minute Lunch
On a whim a few weeks ago I bought a jar of Kitchen Garden’s Real Ale Chutney. I am going through this chutney at very good clip. There is something about the combination of oatcake, mature cheddar and this chutney that is moorish, but in a good way. Have this with a small green salad and you have a perfect light meal.
When I am busy and have eaten all the leftovers, this is the perfect “no cook” easy meal for me. Simply slice up a few slices of mature cheddar, slather an oatcake with the chutney and pop a slice of cheese on top. Voila – bon appetite
