Classical Babies and Villa Pia – Opera, Italy and Babies
My client, Villa Pia, hosted a delightful event for parents and carers of small children. Working with Classical Babies, London’s premier provider of the highest quality classical music for families with young children, Villa Pia hosted a morning of opera arias, prosecco, and beautiful photography of the villa by Levi Lily Photography.
The mums could not have been more impressed with the Classical Babies concert. Coco Azoitei, the musical director, is a concert violinist who performs with the City of London Sinfonia, BBC Orchestra, Vilensky Quartet and Eimer Quartet to name a few. She is able to find bring some of the UK’s best talent to Classical Babies concerts and consistently provides the highest quality music, for old and young alike, at the most reasonable prices. Classical Babies concerts are in Finchley (at the very convenient O2 centre), Teddington, Harpenden, Epsom and Manchester. A new venue is being secured near Chelsea as I type, I will get details out as soon as we have them.
The audience was absolutely enchanted by the lovely Caroline Kennedy, who not only sang magnificently, but absolutely charmed the infants by moving into the children’s space and singing directly to them. It was pure magic. The highly skilled pianist Ian Tindale played emotively, filling the room with his perfect accompaniment to Caroline’s seemingly effortless singing. It was a very lovely morning of music and babies.
The music could not have given a more fitting back-drop for Villa Pia, an all-inclusive family resort in Italy that specialises in catering for families with very young children. The Villa, set in the sweeping grandeur of the Umbrian countryside, boasts two swimming pools; all kinds of bicycles, riding toys, climbing frames; an onsite chef who prepares all your meals; all the wine, beer, spirits you would care to enjoy; cots, cutlery, potties, etc. for the infants. All you need to bring are nappies. It is a relaxed but social holiday where classes, babysitters, day trips away can all be organised for you. Prices start in the off-season at £540 per adult for a week’s stay, but there is some flexibility in the off-season, for families able to travel outside the school holidays. Mention Classical Babies and you will receive £100 off your booking if you book off-peak.
Do check out Villa Pia as a holiday oasis for you and your young children, and don’t miss out on a Classical Babies concert before your infant is locked away in nursery.Tweet
