Football’s Coming Home World Cup Screenings for the Entire Family
Neveraland Fulham Beach Club: Saturday and Sunday. Free entry to anyone dressed in tennis whites. Take the kids to this gorgeous Thames side venue and enjoy sad beneath your feet as you watch the finals.. Tickets just £5
Duke of York Square, Strawberries and Screen: Friday - Sunday. Head to Chelsea where the green in front of the Saatchi Gallery is opened up for you to bring your own picnic to watch the finals. You can book deck chairs in advance, all funds will be donated to Kensington and Chelsea Foundation to aid those affected by the Grenfell Tower tragedy.
King’s Cross, Canal Side Wimbledon Screenings: Head to King’s Cross and watch the tennis along the canal. The kids can cool off in the fountains in near-by Granary Square. Free, all ages.
Cardinal Place Wimbledon Screenings: Monday 2nd – Sunday 15th. Head over to Cardinal Place, the green space located onto of Marks and Spencer, where large screens will televise the tennis. There will be deck chairs on the lawn, food and drink for sale … super nice atmosphere. Free, all ages.
One New Change Wimbledon Screenings: until 15th July. Head to St. Paul’s, find a deck chair and watch Wimbledon while marvelling at St. Paul’s cupola. Free, all ages, food on sale at the event.

Its not too early to think about summer camp. blue{shift} creative coding is running camps and workshops in Notting Hill and Kensington for children aged 5-14 July 14-August 17th. Kids will build 3D robots, print jewellery and learn to create personalised Minecraft mods while developing computations thinking and programming skills. The camps and workshops are suitable for all levels of coding abilities. Book your place now as spaces are quickly filling up and look for a bit more information from me soon.

Lloyd Park, Walthamstow Garden Party: Saturday noon-6:30. Take the kids to the Walthamstow Garden Party enjoy music, dance, performance, food, drink and The Big Weave. William Morris Gallery will be running a collaborative art project on large tapestry looms, and have a go at weaving and see how enjoyable it can be. Free, all ages.
Grosvenor Square, Summer in the Square: Saturday 11am-8pm (key activities noon-2pm). London’s largest garden square is transformed into festival grounds. Live theatre, music, dancing classes, creative workshops, deckchairs, mindfulness, and more. Free, all ages.
Wild Child Festival, Dulwich 17th-19th August. Get a limited release of early bird tickets now, for just £21.50 … before they run out. Wild Child Festival is a new London family festival that focuses on the arts, creative play and wellbeing for families with children under 12. This festival will have some of the best providers including Baby Broadway and Mama Codes, of quality children’s workshops, entertainment, yoga and more. Kings Place, Family Folk Show with Megson: Saturday 2:30pm. Join award-winning folk duo Megson for an infection mix of heavenly vocals and lush harmonies in a special concert specially for pre-school children. All ages, tickets £8.50
John Lewis Partnership, CoderDojo: Saturday 2-5pm. Head to Victoria Street for a coding session. Just bring your laptop and learn the basics of coding using Scratch, Python, Javascript and more. Free, but booking essential, ages 7-17.
Clapham Pottery: Saturday 1:30-3pm. Bring the kids to Clapham for a relaxed studio session where everyone can take part. £12.50 per person.
Institute of Imagination, Lambeth Community Program: Saturday 10am-4pm. Lambeth residents are invited to come to the Institute of Imagination for a day of sculpting to make a super city. Two sessions, one from 10-12:30 and it carries on 1:30-4pm.
Pleasance Theatre, Tom Brace: Brace Yourself (Its Magic Time!): Sunday 2pm. An Edinburgh Preview - Tom Brace brings a jam-packed hour of laughs and magic that will entertain you all. Tickets just £10

Kensington Palace Little Explorers: UPCOMING: Wednesday 18th. Take the little ones to Kensington Palace where they can take part in a session where they play with instruments, explore the gardens, listen to music from the past and explore the gardens. Tickets just £8
National Gallery, Welcome Wednesdays: Wednesdays 10:30-11:15. Bring children 16 months to 5 years to the National Gallery for Dance Adventures with Olivia Armstrong. Age 16 months – 5 years, tickets £5 per child.
Pimlico Toy Library: Bring the kids to the Toy Library for play sessions and toy lending. Fantastic resource for anyone in the area.
Electric Cinema, Electric Scream: Mondays 11am. This week’s feature: McQueen. Bring babies under 12 months to this amazingly plush cinema, relax with some coffee and catch a flick.
